Wow, as BK said in his blog, where did the time go? 10 years ago this month was the party of the century at BK's, the miserable discent into reality by graduating friends, and Ian and I moved to sunny florida with Maureen, Sergio, et al 10 years ago today. Though it was a great time, we were so homesick it was ridiculous. Our confidante Sharon was stuck in State College, others had moved away, and it was a very miserable transition period.
Maureen was a rock for me and made me see what was important in life. We had late night talks, she helped with family stuff, we all went out an partied like the world was going to end, and did it all broke as hell. The characters that we met there were unbelievable-the stories could fill a novel. Anyway, just had to reflect on how much those 3 months in Florida changed my life.
